Hi, I am Len Delony, and I head the spiritual connections.  I am also a Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Discernment at the First United Methodist Church in Fort Worth, and lead various programs on the practice of mindfulness to ovecome trauma, develop resiliency, and deepen spiritual prayer and meditative practices.  

My role within EFW 

Hi, I am Len Delony, and I head the spiritual connections.  I am also a Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Discernment at the First United Methodist Church in Fort Worth, and lead various programs on the practice of mindfulness to ovecome trauma, develop resiliency, and deepen spiritual prayer and meditative practices.  

My role within EFW is to reach out and connect spiritual groups of all faiths.  A spiritual practice can help us stay grounded and keep life in a balanced perspective.
