This policy explains what types of information that may be collected by mentalarmor.org, and how this information may be used.  All references herein also apply to www.EmpowerFortWorth.org shall also include www.EmpowerTexas.org.  This Privacy Policy is between “you,” the user, and “us,” “we,” or “MA” as the Site provider.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically.   Your continued use of our website will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.  By using this Site, you agree that it is your responsibility to continually check our website for updates to our privacy policy.  The date of last revision is indicated at the bottom of this policy.  

WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

If you request to receive our newsletter or other e-communication by voluntarily providing us with your contact information (such as name and e-mail address), we may use this information for specific, limited purposes.  You may always “opt out,” either now or at any time in the future if you do not wish to receive our messages.  Currently, we do not sell or convey your information to any outside vendor.  This does not prevent third-party hosts and other links from doing so.

MA may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer www.MentalArmore.org or www.EmpowerTexas.org and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.
