We are a group of first responders, legal, and health professionals, who came together in 2019, because we felt we need a new approach. Everyone should WANT to take better care of their minds. Why? Maintaining mental health at optimum requires tools and effort, but leads to empowerment.

Enough is enough! Together, we can stop the cycle. Together, we can build a healthier, more resilient community. It requires a new focus. If one burns their hand, she can see the injury and feel the pain. We treat it. When our mind is injured, we can't see or feel the pain. But we still need to treat it. Join us.
