Your own? Yes! With chronic stress, poor diets, obesity, chemical pollution, and other factors, most of us engage in poor lifestyle choices. That too is commititng suicide, albeit slow suicide. It is self-harm. We can choose.
By the way, the best way to de-stress-in-the-moment is the tactical, three-deep-breath exercise. When we experience disrespect, an aggressive driver, negative news, or a crass comment, just take three deep breaths.
