These ten tips are not listed in order of importance - they are ALL equally important. That is a really important point. Do these tips to live longer, live with your mind intact, and be impactful and happier. Only 10% of our thinking is conscious. These techniques help you to program a richer, more fulfilling life.
Each morning and evening, recite what you are grateful for the blessings, gifts and positive things you do have. Often in life, we focus on wants, and forget the wonderful things we have and how wonderful we really are.
Seeing the sunlight is important for our circadian rhythm. It has also been shown that "forest bathing" or walking among trees boosts our mood, immunity, and attitude. Nature's trees emit chemicals and oils that benefit us. Active movement and ideally sunilght also make a positive impact.

Or runup and down the stairs every hour?

The importance of sleep cannot be understated. Poor sleep has been associated with significantly reduced immunity, heart issues, dementia, accidents, clouded thinking, and early death. Yes, it is THAT serious. And by the way, don't think about many over-the-counter sleep medications, many cause more disturbed sleep, have dangerour impurities, and dementia.
Focus on eating whole foods when you can, avoid processed foods, eat nuts and legumes, fish (avoid bottom feeders), lean meats, a variety of fruits and vegatables, olive oils, and whole oats. Yogurt and fermented foods are good for your microbiome, which you can have checked! Variety is important as it strengthens our microbiome and reduces nutrient deficiency.
